  • Deputy Managing Director
    A graduate of the Faculty of Health Sciences at the Medical University of Warsaw. She began her career at AXA, one of the largest insurance companies in Poland, where for 7 years she developed her skills in customer service, process organisation and team management. She started as a consultant and gradually expanded her competences in management and work organisation. Thanks to the experience gained, she took up a managerial position, responsible for a team of more than ten people at the Medical Information Platform. In the following years she worked in the healthcare sector, gaining extensive experience in operational management and in organising the work of medical and non-medical teams. She co-created and developed projects both in a start-up environment and in large institutions. She took part in building from scratch one of Warsaw's medical facilities holding a contract with the National Health Fund. At Zviropolis she is responsible for the smooth running of organisational and operational processes, supporting the company's day-to-day activities and the achievement of its strategic goals. She coordinates cooperation between teams, ensures efficient work organisation and takes part in developing and implementing solutions that improve the functioning of the clinics....

    She graduated from the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW) in 2018. While studying at the university, she began to explore her passion for animal surgery. She acquired her first surgical skills through volunteering in India, in the state of Goa, where she actively participated in the sterilization and neutering processes of stray dogs and cats. She continued her clinical practice at the Warsawbased foundation "Koteria," whose main goal is to improve the welfare of animals through the sterilization and neutering of both stray and domestic cats.After graduating, she decided to pursue her professional development in the United Kingdom. While working there, she participated in numerous training sessions that allowed her to gain valuable knowledge and experience in areas such as canine and feline internal medicine, imaging diagnostics (ultrasound and Xray), dentistry, emergency medicine, and surgery, including laparoscopic surgery.
