From the beginning of his career, he has been committed to deepening his knowledge in this area by regularly attending conferences and industry events, including the PAVC (Polish Association of Veterinary Cardiology) Congress. He combines theoretical knowledge with clinical practice, continuously improving his diagnostic and therapeutic skills in the field of cardiology.He is currently pursuing a PhD project under the prestigious “Pearls of Science II” program. His research focuses on the role of DNA methylation in myxomatous mitral valve disease in Cavalier King Charles Spaniels — one of the most commonly diagnosed heart diseases in small dog breeds. This project merges cutting-edge scientific research with practical clinical application, aiming to better understand the molecular mechanisms underlying this condition.As part of his academic development, he also completed an international research internship at the renowned Cardiovascular Research Foundation in New York. There, he gained expertise in minimally invasive interventional cardiology, including catheter-based techniques that represent the future of treating many cardiovascular conditions in veterinary medicine.His goal is to further expand his qualifications and obtain a specialization in veterinary cardiology. Her practical experience includes not only small animal medicine but also work with horses, cattle, pigs, small ruminants, rodents, lagomorphs, and ornamental birds.From the beginning of her studies, she actively participated in conferences and training sessions, continuously expanding her knowledge and skills.Her main professional interests include emergency medicine, infectious diseases, and complex internal medicine cases. In her work, she follows the principle of swift and accurate diagnosis followed by the prompt implementation of appropriate treatment.She currently handles internal medicine cases on a daily basis, covering the basics of gastroenterology, endocrinology, dermatology, urology, and behavioral problems.
