Anna Osełkowska
A graduate of the Faculty of Health Sciences at the Medical University of Warsaw. She began her career at AXA, one of the largest insurance companies in Poland, where for 7 years she developed her skills in customer service, process organisation and team management. She started as a consultant and gradually expanded her competences in management and work organisation. Thanks to the experience gained, she took up a managerial position, responsible for a team of more than ten people at the Medical Information Platform.
In the following years she worked in the healthcare sector, gaining extensive experience in operational management and in organising the work of medical and non-medical teams. She co-created and developed projects both in a start-up environment and in large institutions. She took part in building from scratch one of Warsaw’s medical facilities holding a contract with the National Health Fund.
At Zviropolis she is responsible for the smooth running of organisational and operational processes, supporting the company’s day-to-day activities and the achievement of its strategic goals. She coordinates cooperation between teams, ensures efficient work organisation and takes part in developing and implementing solutions that improve the functioning of the clinics.
