How does a visit to the vet work?

The examination of an animal includes: a conversation with the owner, examination of the animal’s ears, eyes, nose, mouth and teeth, measuring body temperature, if necessary, auscultation of the heart and lungs, and blood pressure. Based on the results of the examination, the doctor may recommend additional urine and blood tests, teeth and ear cleaning, nail trimming, or specialised tests.
