Hanna Sowicka

 

In 2022, she completed her master’s degree at the SGH Warsaw School of Economics in Management, specializing in Project Management. She is a graduate of the Cracow University of Technology with a degree in Biomedical Engineering. Since 2019, she has been working in the medical industry, where she has gained experience in patient services, product development, and project management. For over two years, she collaborated with Inovamed / Glaze Prosthetics, where she was responsible for B2C and B2B customer service, planning marketing communications, and introducing a medical product to the Polish market. She then served as a Customer Success Coordinator at Telemedicine Sp. z o.o., where she managed a team, oversaw B2B client relationships, and took part in product development projects as a Product Owner.

From 2023 to 2025, she worked at Capgemini as a Consultant and Operational Data Analyst, responsible for creating reports and analyses for an international client. Starting in May 2025, she led a project at the Specialist Hospital in Wrocław as part of the National Recovery Plan.

 

In 2024–2025, she successfully completed postgraduate studies in Healthcare Organization Management at the SGH Warsaw School of Economics. She was a participant in the McKinsey Next Generation Women Leaders EMEA 2024 program. She has experience in team management, data analysis, process design, and developing relationships with business partners in the medical and technology sectors.
