Ixodes ticks and fleas are parasites that can pose a health risk to our pets. Ixodes ticks can transmit toxoplasmosis (babesiosis), Lyme and Ehrlich tick-borne diseases, causing anemia and general toxic poisoning in dogs. Fleas, on the other hand, cause dermatitis, severe itching and can sometimes be a source of tapeworm infection (heartworm disease).

She gained professional experience at veterinary clinics in Warsaw, participating in internal medicine, specialized visits, and surgical procedures. Additionally, she volunteered at the Paluch Shelter, where she helped walk dogs and care for them.
In her personal life, she cares for two dogs – Ozzy (a corgi) and Fado (a West Highland White Terrier). Empathy and commitment are the values that guide her in working with patients. She emphasizes continuous development to provide even better care for the health and comfort of her four-legged charges in the future.
